Qualifikationen

• Must have High School Diploma, HiSET or GED.
• Associate degree or 2 years of childcare experience, plus 15 hours of Child Development Training.
• At least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Assist Enrichment Leader and/or Before & After School Specialist as site supervisor in their absence.
• Ensure DHS licensing regulations are met.
• Maintain site documentation, attendance, and reports by deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents/guardians.
• Maintain student safety and confidentiality and uphold program policies.
• Support social, emotional, and educational needs of students in partnership with school staff.
• Assist with special events, field trips, and guest speakers.
• Rotate to multiple sites and act as site leader when needed.
