Job summary

Shelby County Schools is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Extended Learning Program (ELP) to organize and supervise after-school activities, ensure children's safety, and implement daily routines at the designated school site.

You will collaborate with the ELP Site Worker, maintain program records, ensure compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations, and assist with data entry for the Tennessee Department of Education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Childcare experience preferred.
• (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supervises the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after-school activities.
• Develops daily programming and routines at the designated school site.
• Collaborates with the ELP Site Worker to standardize processes and ensure safety.
• Overses data entry for Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) requirements.
• Ensures program compliance with district policies and state/federal laws.
