Job summary

Shelby County Schools is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Extended Learning Program in Memphis, TN. You will organize, coordinate, and supervise after-school activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children on school grounds, and collaborate with the ELP Site Worker to standardize daily routines.

You will also oversee Tennessee Department of Education data entry, maintain accurate program records, and ensure compliance with district policies and state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Proof of education, training, and/or experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma.
• Ages 21+.

Purpose and Scope

During before and after school hours extended learning programs, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the Extended Learning Program (ELP) after-school program. Develops daily programming and routines in collaboration with the ELP Site Worker to standardize processes used at their designated school site, including activities and the safety and well-being of all children while on school site grounds. In collaboration with the ELP Site Worker oversees data entry for Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE). Ensures program compliance with all applicable District policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and standards of quality and safety. Establishes processes to maintain program records.

Minimum Qualifications

A program Site Supervisor shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and shall meet at least the minimum qualification listed below:

• Education level: High school diploma
• Minimum experience required: Childcare experience = Preferred
• PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
