The position offers a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on education and experience, with morning and after-school shifts. Adequate training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings
• Prepare activities and curriculum for the day aligned with objectives
• Lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum for all ages
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
