Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents and observations.
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety and support homework completion, leading fitness activities and guiding play.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding progress and accountability.
