Right At School is seeking an Educator in Ohio to support before/after school programs with a focus on engaging, educational activities. You will work at a home base location but travel to different schools within the district as needed.

Responsibilities include organizing daily activities, leading fitness and curriculum, and ensuring a safe, joyful environment for children. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adaptability to local program needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily program meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize and facilitate engaging daily activities aligned with program objectives.
• Lead by example by maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety and joy by monitoring surroundings and following protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
