Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a lead teacher to mentor fellow staff, implement our curriculum with each child’s needs in mind, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore and learn.

You will partner with parents, support center goals, and build strong relationships with families, teachers and community partners while ensuring excellent customer service and effective multitasking in a dynamic early childhood setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service and communication with families
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a classroom
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills during activities

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to reach enrollment and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
