Job summary

QSAC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in our after-school programs supporting children and adults with autism. This entry-level role includes paid training and the opportunity to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The position is part-time with a required 2:45-6:00 PM shift and at least three days per week. Previous experience with autism is helpful, but training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; students may be considered if they show long-term interest.
• Experience with autism, ID/DD, or related field preferred.
• Able to work in After School Program at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support children and adults with autism in after-school programs following clinical plans.
• Provide active programming and ensure program documentation is completed.
• Assist with daily activities and participate in ABA-related learning as directed by supervisors.
