Job summary

LIFT Enrichment is seeking an After-School Cooking Instructor to lead hands-on cooking workshops for students in Orange, CA. The role is seasonal, part-time, with a 12:00 pm–5:00 pm schedule two to three days weekly and mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a phone stipend.

No professional culinary experience is required as training is provided; you will teach basic cooking, nutrition, and kitchen safety to K–8 students in Title I schools.

• Lead groups of 15–20 students through hands-on cooking activities.
• Teach fun, healthy recipes using provided curriculum.

After-School Cooking Instructor / Chef Teacher

LIFT Enrichment is looking for enthusiastic Chef Teachers to lead fun, hands‑on cooking workshops for students in Title I schools.

Since 2010, we’ve taught 75,000+ students and built a team of 200+ Chef Teachers. No professional chef experience required — we provide training!

The Details:

• Rate: $28/hour
• Schedule: 2 to 3 days a week from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
• Age Groups: Elementary/ Middle School
• Location: Orange, CA
• Position: Seasonal, part-time
• Paid training + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend
• Grocery shopping, prep, teaching, and cleanup are paid

A typical day includes teaching two workshops, you will be paid for approximately 5 hours of work which covers preparation, teaching, and cleanup.
