Job summary

LIFT Enrichment in Delano, CA is seeking an energetic After-School Cooking Instructor / Chef Teacher to lead kid-friendly cooking workshops at Title I schools. No professional chef experience is required; we provide training and equip you with a curriculum to guide students through engaging, healthy recipes.

The role is seasonal, part-time with a schedule of 2–3 days per week from 11:30 am to 2:45 pm. You’ll earn $25/hour, with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a phone stipend to support

LIFT Enrichment is looking for enthusiastic Chef Teachers to lead fun, hands-on cooking workshops for students in Title I schools.

Since 2010, we’ve taught 75,000+ students and built a team of 200+ Chef Teachers. No professional chef experience required — we provide training!

The Details:

• Rate: $25/hour
• Schedule: 2 to 3 days a week from 11:30 am - 2:45 pm
• Age Groups: Elementary/ Middle School
• Location: Delano, CA
• Position: Seasonal, part-time
• Paid training + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend
• Grocery shopping, prep, teaching, and cleanup are paid

A typical day includes teaching two workshops, you will be paid for approximately 5 hours of work which covers preparation, teaching, and cleanup.
