Job summary

Sticky Fingers Cooking, LLC is seeking enthusiastic part-time Chef Instructors in the Superior area to cultivate curiosity in kids through hands-on cooking. Classes run weekdays 2-5 PM, for ages 3-18, with on-campus instruction and 1-hour sessions. Arrive 20-30 minutes early to prepare.

Pay is $32.50 per hour with food reimbursement; tools and curriculum are provided. Candidates should have experience with kids, be reliable, and may need a ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Available to teach 1 hour classes (on campus 90+ mins) at least 2 days a week between 2-5 PM, Mondays-Thursdays.
• Experienced in working with kids of various ages and backgrounds.
• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable managing groups of 8-14 kids. Must arrive on campus 20-30 minutes prior to scheduled class time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hands-on Cooking Classes: Teach kids how to chop, mix, measure, and create healthy recipes.
• Spark Creativity: Introduce kids to new ingredients, cuisines, and cultures in an engaging way.
• Stay Organized: Prepare for classes using provided curricula, shop for fresh ingredients, and set up a safe kitchen.
• Be the Face of Fun: Inspire and encourage kids as they gain confidence in the kitchen.
