Job summary

Elevo is seeking an After School Coach to lead K–8 students in sports using Elevo’s SEL curriculum. The role focuses on engaging activities, positive student behavior, and collaboration with school staff and fellow coaches.

You will be a reliable role model, bringing energy to groups of up to 20 students, and adapting plans as needed. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading youth in any setting.
• Ability to engage up to 20 students with energy.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Comfortable following Elevo’s SEL curriculum.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead K–8 students through sports using Elevo curriculum.
• Manage group dynamics and support positive student behavior.
• Collaborate with school staff and fellow coaches.
• Show up consistently as a role model for students.
• Run activities on time and adapt to schedule changes.
