Job summary

Ymca Of Greater Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an After School Site Assistant for Perry Hill Elementary to support the Before and After School YMCA Program. Hours are Monday-Friday, 2:15pm-6:00pm, with part-time pay $14.00-$14.50 per hour, and duties include engaging children with age-appropriate activities while ensuring safety and a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and attending school.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in the supervision of multiple children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare before/after school for Parkview YMCA program.
• Engage participants with educational activities and promote a safe, nurturing environment.
• Lead safe activities and assist in lesson implementation.
