The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is hiring a Before School Childcare Site Assistant at Holland Elementary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will connect with families, help lead activities, and support program staff Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and attending school.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in the supervision of multiple children preferred.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare support, Monday through Friday, for the Before and After School YMCA Program.
• Connect with participants, parents, and supervisors with a warm, engaging demeanor.
• Lead safe, age-appropriate activities and assist in lesson implementation.
