The Jorgensen Family YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Before and After Care Site Assistant to support the Before and After School Program. You will connect with staff, students, and families, provide quality care, and help lead activities Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include building relationships, delivering engaging activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children after school. The role includes flexible scheduling and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and attending school.
• Experience in supervision preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups.
