Job summary

Chess Wizards, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead after-school chess classes for elementary students in Lone Tree, CO. You will use a structured curriculum to teach fundamentals, promote sportsmanship, and manage a lively classroom with energy and positivity.

Classes are scheduled on weekday afternoons (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM). The role offers flexible hours with travel between local schools and mileage reimbursement for longer trips. Competition-friendly pay is provided per class.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or tutoring groups of children.
• Ability to lead engaging, interactive sessions.
• Punctual and reliable with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, interactive chess classes for 10–15 elementary students.
• Teach chess fundamentals using a structured curriculum.
• Maintain a positive, safe classroom environment.
