Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Woodside Elementary School in Peekskill, NY for the 2026–2027 school year. The position follows the school calendar with hours from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, paying $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

It is a part-time, non-exempt role. Responsibilities include facilitating activities, ensuring a safe, engaging environment, and supporting attendance/registration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 1 year of child care experience required.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, reliability.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and be a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations: attendance, registration, and staffing.
