Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Netherwood Elementary School in Hyde Park, NY for the 2026–2027 school year.

This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar and offers morning and/or afternoon shifts, with opportunities to work both sessions.

Shifts run 7:00–9:45 am and 3:30–6:30 pm. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, with employer-paid childcare benefits for program days you work.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.

• Engage with children in activities during the morning and afternoon sessions.
• Maintain safety, supervision, and program quality at all times.
• Assist with classroom activities and transitions and communicate with families and teammates.
