Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Programs for the 2026–2027 school year. Pay is $16.00 per hour with a part-time schedule following the school calendar, offering Morning 7:00–9:00 and Afternoon 2:15–6:00 at multiple NY locations.

Responsibilities include hands-on activities, ensuring a safe environment, and supporting attendance and registration under the Healthy Kids Curriculum.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while engaging with children.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, arts, and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and serve as a positive role model for children.
