Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks and health requirements after hire (DCYF, TB, MMR, WA Food Worker Card).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily curriculum activities for children ages 5-12.
• Maintain staff-to-child ratio of 1:10 whenever possible.
• Collaborate with ARC staff and follow guidance from the School-Age Care Director.
• Create a safe, inclusive after-school environment.
