Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy after school in home, school, clinic, and community settings. The role supports children and adolescents with development goals, under BCBA guidance, and offers paid training and growth opportunities.

BTs can earn up to $22/hour and RBTs up to $24/hour, with pay based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
