Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team after school, starting at 3:00 PM or later in Baltimore, MD. This role requires a valid BCBA certification and Maryland LBA credential, with a focus on evidence-based ABA interventions for children with developmental challenges.

The BCBA will supervise therapy programs, train RBTs and technicians, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure progress and data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification.
• Maryland Licensed ABA credential required.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and autism interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise ABA therapy programs and ensure proper implementation.
• Train and guide Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor data to evaluate interventions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and plans.
