Great Hearts Arizona - CMO is hiring an After-School Program Assistant for the Academy location. This part-time, seasonal role involves supervising students, facilitating activities, and supporting teachers during after-school programs open Monday–Friday until 6:00 p.m.
Approximately 15–20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is at least 17, with a high school diploma or current enrollment; some education experience is preferred, and first aid/CPR certification is encouraged.

Co-Curricular Program Assistants facilitate activities and supervise students in the after-school program under the supervision of a Lead Teacher or other qualifying staff member. This is a wonderful opportunity for aspiring educators or for those who love working with children. This is a part-time, seasonal, non-exempt, non-benefited position. After-school programs are open Monday-Friday from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. (earlier start on early release days). Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. Running, jumping and other rapid movements may also be required. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.
