Job summary

The Work-Family Connection Inc. is an after-school enrichment program serving families in Califon. We are seeking a motivated Junior Assistant to support the Site Director, engage with children and parents, and help implement curriculum and activities.

Hours are 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility. Starting wage is $16 per hour. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Site Director in the day-to-day operations of the program.
• Constant interaction with the children as well as the parents, implementing curriculum and activities, assisting with homework.
• Maintaining the safety and supervision of the program.
