• Completes tasks assigned by director, assistant director, or leader
• Participates in and supports structured and unstructured activities with students
• Maintains safe conditions for students and staff
• Follows program policies and procedures
• Assists with equipment, materials, and supplies maintenance and repair
• Contributes ideas for enrichment activities and program quality
• Communicates effectively with parents, students, staff and coworkers
• Uses district facilities with care
