Qualifications

• Requires CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Proof of education, training, and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generates tutoring plans for each student with goals and enrichment activities.
• Provides academic support to individuals and small groups, reinforcing classroom work.
• Prepares materials and organizes instruction space for tutoring sessions.
• Collaborates with teachers to align tutoring with curriculum and routines.
• Collects data for accountability, reports, and program development.
• Supports students with social and skill development in after-school programs.
