The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree or 2 years of college with ParaPro testing, and must have or obtain CPR

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's Degree or 2 years college (min 48 semester hours) with ParaPro testing requirements or equivalent.
• Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• (PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

• Generates tutoring plans for each student detailing goals and enrichment activities.
• Develops and assists students with academic exercises in small groups or individually.
• Reinforces classroom instruction and provides instructional support as needed.
• Collects data for accountability and program development; prepares reports and evaluations.
• Communicates effectively with teachers to coordinate tutoring activities.
