Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school ABA services in center- and in-home settings on Long Island.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and support families under supervision of a BCBA; requires RBT certification or commitment to obtain; flexible part-time afternoons and weekends, with onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or must obtain within 30 days on insurance cases.
• Ability to work in center and in-home settings on Long Island.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children following plans from a BCBA.
• Collect and record behavioral data to track progress.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting clinical standards.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow skills.
