Job summary

Sevita in Beverly, MA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide community and center-based ABA services. The role requires establishing therapeutic relationships and collaborating with families to implement effective behavior management techniques.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess exceptional communication skills. Benefits include a starting hourly rate of $24.50 and a full compensation package after 32 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree.
• RBT certificate is a plus.
• Experience with youth, families, individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship by building rapport.
• Collaborate with family and treatment team members for effective behavior management.
• Accurately collect behavior data and complete documentation timely.
• Schedule and prepare leisure activities to engage persons served.
