Job summary

Sevita’s Futures division provides center-based ABA services for individuals with ASD, seeking a Behavior Technician to join a mission-driven team. The role supports 1:1 and group interventions, working closely with a BCBA to implement behavior plans in a center environment.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. A High School Diploma with RBT is required, with opportunities for supervision toward BCBA hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with RBT credential.
• Experience with youth and individuals with developmental disabilities required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs in center-based, 1:1, and group settings.
• Collaborate with BCBA and treatment team; follow treatment plans with supervision.
• Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement strategies and progress reporting.
• Collect and record behavior data (A-B-C, frequency, duration, latency, IRT).
• Ensure timely documentation and complete incident reports per policy.
• Schedule leisure activities and participate in clinical meetings as needed.
