Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Behavioral Technician for our center-based ABA services in Beverly, MA. Work 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, supporting behavior management plans under BCBA supervision.

You will engage with clients to build communication and social skills, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent program implementation and progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with RBT credential or higher degree.
• Experience with youth and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication to establish trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management programs in center-based and 1:1 settings.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team to apply strategies.
• Educate guardians on reinforcement and interventions when needed.
• Collect data (A-B-C, frequency, duration) and maintain records.
• Attend clinical meetings and support treatment plans.
