Job summary

Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to nurture ownership experiences after delivery. You will follow up at the next day and at seven days, ensuring customers are enrolled in GM programs and registered for GM Apps and Rewards.

Work closely with Sales, Finance and Management to resolve issues, document interactions in eLead CRM, and drive customer loyalty through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems; eLead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct next-day and 7-day follow-up calls after vehicle delivery.
• Monitor CSI performance and support retention initiatives.
• Assist customers with OnStar enrollment and GM App setup.
• Enroll customers in GM Rewards and document interactions in eLead CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Management to ensure a seamless experience.
