Bedford Pet Urgent Care, located inside Bedford Veterinary Medical Center in Southern New Hampshire, seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our urgent care team. You will greet clients and patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle payments with compassion during fast-paced moments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year veterinary reception experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a calm, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic billing/appointment software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital reception area and greet clients and patients.
• Answer calls, emails, and triage client concerns.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Check in/out clients and process payments.
• Provide compassionate support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
