LBMC Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Systems Admin/Field Network Engineer 1 - After Hours to support clients with admin, networking, and O365 migrations. Some local travel and remote work are involved.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this fast-paced role. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in IT administration, Windows Server/Active Directory, and networking, with AWS/Azure and SharePoint Online experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administration/engineering experience.
• Experience with Office 365 migrations.
• Experience with networking and switching.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• AWS and Azure experience is a plus.
• SharePoint Online experience is a plus.
• Microsoft, networking, and security certifications are a plus.
• Experience with end user support and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establishes solid working relationships with clients to establish engagement expectations and assess needs.
• Plans service objectives by determining requirements; defining, assembling, and scheduling required service resources; confirming costs; defining service measurements.
• Resolves issues by coordinating actions among service areas.
• Identifies effective means of meeting engagement objectives using technology and procedures.
• Monitors engagement process, provides corrective action as necessary and notes scope changes.
• Ensures engagement work product is neat and well organized.
• Strives to complete engagements timely, within budget and with acceptable realization.
• Maintains excellent written documentation and standards around support and security initiatives.
