Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours child protection emergencies with face-to-face safety assessments.
• Manage crisis situations by phone, in the office, or in the field.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and client advocacy.
• Conduct Juvenile Justice detention screenings and respond to runaways.
• Document assessments and interventions; maintain case records.
• Prepare and present case information for court proceedings and state reviews.
