Job summary

Larimer County’s Child, Youth, Family & Adult Protective Services (CYFA) Division seeks a Social Caseworker Manager to lead and develop staff, supervise intake and administrative teams, and ensure protective referrals are processed efficiently. The role emphasizes collaboration with community partners and crisis response responsibilities.

The position typically operates during business hours with hybrid in-office requirements, occasional after-hours support, and a stipend for remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to child welfare social casework supervision.
• Three years of professional or internship experience in a human services-related agency; Master’s can substitute for one year.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Intake Specialists and Administrative Specialists; support Juvenile Justice workers and After Hours staff.
• Screen referrals for quality assurance and timely response.
• Collaborate with child protection teams and community partners; coordinate with other counties.
• Schedule and manage day-to-day shifts of intake specialists.
