Legent Health is seeking an RN House Supervisor to act as after-hours Administrator across hospital departments. This role coordinates interdepartmental activities and reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requires BSN preferred, active RN license, CPR certification, and several years of Acute care experience, including Orthopedics and Spine preferred. Responsibilities include assisting directors, planning, directing facility operations, supervising nursing care, and ensuring regulatory

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current and active CPR certification.
• Current nursing license in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Minimum of three years of experience and one year in Acute care setting.
• One year of Orthopedics and Spine preferred.
• Top-level customer service attitude and compassion for patients.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Department Directors administratively and clinically and covers in their absence.
• Assists in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling facility activities.
• Supports staff performance to meet policies and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as liaison with patients, physicians and employees.
• Ensures efficient operations and optimal use of resources while on duty.
• Supervises nursing care both clinically and administratively; participates in patient placement.
