Citadel at Saint Anne Place is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to join their team. The Nurse Supervisor RN provides leadership and oversight to nursing staff during non-business hours, ensuring appropriate staffing, workflow, and quality patient care.

• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or MDS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide oversight and leadership to on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as the highest-ranking on-site authority during after-hours and weekends.
• Support staff with complex patient care challenges and staffing changes.
• Maintain care standards and ensure documentation quality.
• Perform med passes, rounds, and coordinate with other departments.
• Coordinate admissions, room assignments, and shift handoffs.
• Ensure a clean, sanitary ward and proper infection control.
• Complete administrative duties and prepare reports as needed.
