Responsibilities include monitoring networks, creating ServiceNow tickets, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining knowledgebase documentation. This is a 3-month onsite contract with strong emphasis on communication and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with NOC engineers, Commonwealth staff, and providers to resolve issues.
• Research publications and diagnostic aids to resolve end-user problems.
• Escalate high-priority issues promptly.
• Monitor and respond to outages using established processes.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors for service restoration.
