Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Experience with incident management, call tracking, and ticketing software.
• Preferred 2+ years in systems administrator, help desk or call center.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user issues and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 network support for Commonwealth staff and vendors.
• Create and escalate ServiceNow tickets to engineers and third-party providers.
• Monitor networks with SolarWinds and Squared Up and coordinate restorations.
• Communicate incidents and network status outside regular hours.
• Update network documentation and participate in disaster recovery tasks.
