UofL Health is seeking an experienced hospital administrator to supervise all departments after hours and on weekend shifts, ensuring staffing efficiency and patient flow. The role collaborates with nursing leadership, Access Center, and security to maintain safety and high-quality care across units.

The ideal candidate has a BSN/ADN with 3+ years clinical nursing experience and may hold an MSN. Kentucky RN licensure and ACLS/BLS are required, with some exemptions noted for specific facilities.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• MSN degree preferred for Magnet facilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with staffing to allocate nursing and ancillary resources by patient acuity.
• R rounds of Access Center to ensure TeleTracking beds reported.
• Directs staff on patient flow prioritization and codes.
• Promotes patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Leads policy development and service recovery efforts as requested.
• Acts as incident command during disasters if needed.
