Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice in Madison, Pennsylvania. The role is an after-hours RN position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and field-based home visits within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work (Pennsylvania).
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting with an interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to after-hours needs with urgent assessments, symptom and pain management.
• Support patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends and crises.
