Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, for an after-hours role. This staff, full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and travel to patient homes within the territory.

Eligible for a $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care, respond to after-hours needs, and support patients and families

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work
• Two years RN experience with clinical care
• Hospice experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of workday

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
• Respond after-hours needs with urgent assessments, symptom and pain management
• Support patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends and crises
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and maintain EMR documentation
• Work independently but collaborate with the team and travel to patient homes
