Job summary

AccentCare in Amarillo, TX seeks a dedicated RN for hospice after-hours admissions. You will conduct assessments, collaborate with IDG, coordinate care with physicians and families, and participate in on-call rotations.

Current RN licensure in the applicable state is required; an associate degree is preferred. CPR certification is recommended; proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office is expected for coordinated patient care.

• CPR certification is recommended (required for direct patient care in Georgia).

Responsibilities

• Conduces nursing assessments and coordinates with the IDG to develop care plans.
• Maintains timely documentation and ensures plans reflect patient status.
• Provides education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Participates in on-call rotations and care transitions as directed.
