Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a dedicated After Hours Admission RN to join our hospice team serving Pinellas County, FL. This full-time role covers Fri, Sat, Sun with mileage reimbursement based on experience.

You’ll conduct nursing assessments, coordinate with the IDG, document thoroughly, educate patients and families, and participate in on-call rotations. Prior hospice/home health or geriatrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior hospice, home health, medical-surgical, or geriatrics/pediatrics experience.
• CPR certification recommended; valid driver’s license and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans with IDG.
• Maintain timely documentation and coordinate resources for complex cases.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Coordinate care as Care Manager or On-Call, including IDG meetings.
