Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking compassionate After-Hours Hospice RN or LPN to provide on-call coverage from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, delivering patient- and family-centered care with the support of a 24/7 triage team.

You’ll join a dedicated hospice team that values work/life balance, professional development, and opportunities for advancement while delivering high-quality care to patients and families in the Virginia regions we serve.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
