Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis management services after hours.
• Supervise and transport children/youth, ensuring timely arrival to and pickup from placements.
• Develop short-term safety plans with families to resolve crises.
• Coordinate with after-hours Coordinator and Supervisor during crises.
• Assist with medication documentation for waiting placement.
• Document information and complete Saint Francis Ministries forms on time.
• Support foster families to maintain placements and work toward permanency.
• Travel across Kansas to provide crisis management services.
• Follow Saint Francis Ministries SOPs and all applicable rules and policies.
