Job summary

CRS Temporary Housing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Claims Specialist (After-Hours) to deliver exceptional service outside standard hours. The role supports policyholders and adjusters, coordinating hotel stays and housing arrangements with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

Training lasts about 60 days, Monday–Friday, in-office, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. After training, pay is $21/hr with shift differentials; weekends and evenings are required under a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Stable work history with excellent attendance.
• Relatable knowledge within the insurance industry.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for policyholders and adjusters, provide information on the hotel and housing process.
• Source and reserve hotels that meet policyholder needs within policy limits.
• Obtain adjuster approvals and process extensions when needed.
• Assist with resolving customer service issues related to hotel or housing stay.
