Job summary

A leading defense contractor is seeking an experienced AFSIM Developer to support the U.S. Department of Defense. The role involves designing and integrating AFSIM models, as well as applying secure software lifecycle practices. Candidates should have extensive experience in C++ development and directly working with AFSIM in defense contexts. An active CSSLP certification and the ability to maintain DoD clearance are required. This position is primarily on-site in Beavercreek, OH, with minimal telework and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of direct AFSIM experience for DoD programs.
• Active CSSLP certification.
