Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the AFP machine to build large carbon fiber structures for the Neutron rocket.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Programming teams on process improvements.
• Engage in a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment safe and efficient.
• Train in new processes and transition components to AFP manufacturing.
• Set up and calibrate the AFP machine for optimal performance.
• Load and off-load composite tooling from the AFP machine.
• Handle lamination process materials with correct alignment and placement.
